The history of ‘Lutsk Foods’ OJSC goes back till 1945 when ‘Lutskyy Miskyy Harchovyy Kombinat’ (Lutsk City Food Plant) was established. |

The producing of food in cans started on the territory of plant in 1963. |

1967 producing of the horseradish and mustard began as well as building of the vine-based products plant. |

1976 the Macaroni Factory joined our company. ‘Lutskyy Miskyy Harchovyy Kombinat’ was also renamed to ‘Lutskyy Zavod Prodtovariv’ (Lutsk Provisions Plant) this year. Joining of the Non-alcoholic Beverage Workshops in Rogyshche and Torchyn was made step by step. |

Producing of the non-alcoholic beverage started in 1979. |

During the next three years the workshop was built and our company developed mineral water producing by extraction out of the two wells which are 300m and 900m deep and belong to the Devonian water-bearing stratum of the Beregkiv string in the middle upper Cambrian. |

October 1997 Company has changed the form of property. As a result ‘Lutskyy Zavod Prodtovariv’ was made an open joint-stock company. |

Oktober 1999 trademark ‘Runa’, which presents a wide range of groceries, was registered. |

One of the main products which are produced within the ‘Runa’ TM are tomato sauces, the list of which includes ‘Ukrainskyy sauce’ (Ukrainian sauce), ‘Satsebeli sauce’, ‘Krasnodarskyy Firmovyy sauce’ (Krasnodarsk specialty sauce), ‘Shashlychnyy Pikantnyy sauce’ (Piquant sauce for shish kebab), ‘Hostryy Firmovyy sauce’ (Spicy specialty sauce), ‘Ukrainskyy sauce ‘Ketcha’’ (Ukrainian sauce ‘Ketcha’). |

March 2001 the Company was renamed in ‘Lutsk Foods’ OJSC at the stockholders’ meeting. |

January 2004 our company developed the sub-brand of the mineral water ‘Djerelo zdorovya’ (Source of Health) and ‘Lucheska’ on the market in optimal for customers capacity, and began manufacturing of the specially prepared softened drinking water in 5 l and 19 l bottles. |

December 2004 the first consignment of the natural vinegars came out of the production line: ‘Otset naturalnyy vynnyy 6%’ (Natural Wine Vinegar 6%), ‘Otset naturalnyy pryanyy 6%’ (Natural Spicy Vinegar 6%), ‘Otset naturalnyy yabluchnyy 6%’ (Natural Apple Vinegar 6%), ‘Otset naturalnyy na travakh 6%’ (Natural Herbal Vinegar 6%), ‘Otset naturalnyy spyrtovyy 6%’ (Natural Spirituous Vinegar 6%). |

April 2008 ‘Lutsk Foods’ OJSC presents a novelty in the market – mayonnaises within the ‘Runa’ TM: ‘Yevropeyskyy Premium’ (European Premium), ‘Provansal Klasychnyy’ (Dressing Classical), and ‘Salatnyy’ (For Salads). June 2008 the company offers to customers tasty ketchups ‘Lagidnyy’ (Gentle), ‘Shashlychnyy’ (For Shish kebab), ‘Gostryy’ (Spicy). |
