This spicery is gotten out of the bark of the evergreen trees which grow in West India and China. Mustard is considered to be an essential spicery in every home. Yellow mustard seeds help to prevent from illnesses and are a perfect antiseptic. And black mustard seeds normalize the hormonal activity.
